MPTS Celebrating 10 Years In 2026: New Launches, Global Partnerships & More

The UK’s most powerful hub for the creative industries is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026 – and MPTS wants you to be part of it.

Taking place at The Grand Hall, Olympia London on 13–14 May 2026, the 10th edition of MPTS will bring you an expanded line-up of features and partnerships that mark a decade of growth, innovation, and community for the media, production, and technology industries.

MPTS will be debuting exciting new features, including a Content Creator Stage, a live podcast studio and an extra networking bar. You’ll also experience the arrival of Post Production World Conference Europe (PPW Europe), brought to you by Future Media Conferences (FMC).

For the second consecutive year, MPTS will span both levels of Olympia’s Grand Hall, with the upstairs area expanded to host a dedicated content creator networking zone, a new bar, and additional spaces designed for informal meetings, collaboration, and “work from anywhere” opportunities.

10 Year Anniversary

As we celebrate 10 years, MPTS continues to evolve as the UK’s most comprehensive event of its kind. The milestone not only showcases new features such as the Content Creator Stage and live podcast studio, but also reinforces MPTS as the go-to hub for collaboration, training, and forward-looking conversation with the arrival of PPW Europe.

What’s New for 2026

– Content Creator Stage & Networking Hub – spotlighting short-form video, influencer marketing, platform innovation, and creator–brand collaborations.

– Live Podcast Studio – hear directly from leading voices in media and entertainment and see podcasting in action with live broadcasts.

– Post Production World Conference Europe – two full days of hands-on sessions with global experts, including a brand-new AI Innovation Track.

– SMPTE Media Technology Conference – moving to an expanded ground-floor space to explore ground-breaking trends, transformative innovations and the future of global media technology.

Even More to Explore

Alongside these headline launches, MPTS 2026 will feature seven other dedicated theatres covering every corner of the creative and broadcast industries, with more than 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest tools, technologies and services.

MPTS is also working with EventWell to provide a SensoryCalm™ space, helping attendees who experience sensory overload, triggers, or who simply need a short wellbeing break – ensuring MPTS remains inclusive and supportive for everyone.

Charlotte Wheeler, Director of MPTS

“Each year we strive to evolve MPTS to reflect the needs of our audience, and for our tenth year will see some of our most exciting developments yet. From the launch of the Content Creator Stage and live podcast studio, to the addition of a new upstairs bar and networking spaces, we are creating an environment designed to inspire creativity, collaboration and connection. Partnering with FMC to bring Post Production World Conference Europe to London for the first time further cements MPTS as the destination for anyone working across media production, post, and technology in Europe.”
